Transforming Energy Costs with Solar Installation Mount Annan

Home / Projects / Providing Smart Energy Control Through Solar Installation in St Clair

When we first met David and his family in Mount Annan, their energy bills were climbing higher every quarter. They’d lived in the area for more than two decades and had watched many neighbours switch to solar, but the process always felt overwhelming — too many options, too much jargon, and far too many pushy sales calls. What they really wanted was a clear, honest solution that would make an immediate difference to their household costs.

Where It All Began

Like many families, the Davids were becoming more conscious of when and how they used power. Running major appliances at night, adjusting air-con times, and still seeing bills rise was frustrating. After years of waiting, they decided it was finally time to explore solar — but they needed a team they could trust to guide them through it properly.

At Clean Earth Solar, our goal was to design a system that would deliver real savings from day one while giving them flexibility for the future. We started with a full energy assessment, reviewed their usage patterns, and created a plan built around efficiency, performance, and long-term reliability.

The Solution

Clean Earth Solar took a consultative approach, removing the pressure and confusion from the process. The result was a premium residential solar installation that immediately reduced their reliance on the grid and set the home up for sustainable growth.

System highlights:

13 kW of Aiko Neostar 2S Full Black Panels, offering a sleek design and high performance
Sungrow Hybrid Inverter, battery-ready for future expansion
Real-time solar monitoring to track energy generation and usage
Full walkthrough after installation to ensure the client was confident using the system

The Results

The impact was immediate. Within the first month, their energy bills dropped significantly, and daily habits began to shift as they took full advantage of their solar power monitoring system.

Easy app access
They can see their energy production and usage at any time.

More efficient routines
They now run appliances at smarter times to get the most from solar

Ongoing savings
The system immediately reduced their electricity costs and continues to deliver value.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. CES just 'upgraded' my solar to 10kwh, added a 10kwh battery, AND a smart EV charger. My main aim was to charge my EV off the roof, rather than cut my power bill..... which will happen anyway. CES 'got that' (others did NOT) and came in with an appropriate and competitive quote, and were able to start quite quickly. The large install was done efficiently and professionally in just one day, and so far it's been working like a charm. Overall I'd give CES 4.5 stars. 4.5 because there is ONE small but important thing they could maybe focus on more. CES's focus was in getting the install done in one day - a BIG task! As a result the final setup of the app's the end-user will use to drive the system ended up being a bit rushed. The client gets a LOT of value from understanding HOW the apps work, how to tailor them, what tweaks to use, etc. I feel that CES would be delivering an OUTSTANDING offer if they tweaked that aspect to improve it. Then I'd give them 5.5!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Only 5 star for John and his team. They installed a Tesla battery for my home. Whereas another installer was firstly charging more and secondly stated a design limitation, John was able to resolve the design issue at value price. The handover was seamless and the team was flexible to discuss installation location options. Well done and they lived up to the top tier NSW installers ranking of Solar quotes.
