Clean Earth Solar

Solar, battery and EV charging systems installed across Western Sydney since 2018

Summer bills in Western Sydney are driven by the hours nobody is home to control: the afternoon heat, the air conditioning that runs to meet it, and a tariff that peaks at the same time. Solar changes that equation by generating the most power on exactly the days the house uses the most.

Clean Earth Solar has been designing and installing solar, battery storage and EV charging across Western Sydney since 2018, with a fully in-house team of SAA-accredited electricians. Every system is sized from your actual bills and a proper look at your roof, so you are not sold capacity you will never use.

Want a system sized around your bills?

Adding battery storage to a Western Sydney solar system

A battery earns its place when the household uses most of its power after sunset, which is the pattern in a lot of Western Sydney homes where everyone is out during the day. Storing the afternoon surplus instead of exporting it changes the shape of the bill, and it keeps the fridge, lights and internet running through a blackout. Whether that stacks up depends on your usage, your tariff and how much roof space you have, so we model it against your own bills before recommending a size.

Battery options, backup behaviour and system sizing are covered as part of our solar battery installation service, while hybrid solar systems suit households wanting the flexibility to add storage in the future.

Our services

Solar services we install across Western Sydney

Most enquiries start with panels and end up covering storage or charging as well, so the whole system is quoted together rather than in pieces.
Residential solar panel installation by Clean Earth Solar

Solar panel installation

Residential solar system installation using AIKO and Trina panels. AIKO panels carry built-in shading optimisation, which matters on the narrower blocks and closer rooflines common through the newer Western Sydney estates.

Solar battery installation

Tesla Powerwall 3, Sungrow and Sigenergy solar battery systems, including Sungrow SBH for three-phase homes that need backup on the whole switchboard rather than a single circuit.

EV charger installation

Level 1, Level 2 and smart EV charger installation for home and workplace. We check whether the switchboard can carry the load before quoting, and set the charger to draw from your solar during the day.

System monitoring

Real-time solar monitoring so you can see generation, consumption and export rather than waiting for the next bill to tell you how the system performed.

Why Western Sydney homeowners choose Clean Earth Solar

Clean Earth Solar employs only SAA-accredited electricians and electrical apprentices. No roofers, no labourers, and no subcontracted crews turning up on install day. That is the single biggest difference between a system that performs for twenty years and one that needs someone else to come back and fix it.

What solar looks like on a Western Sydney roof

Western Sydney runs hotter than the coastal suburbs through summer, and that shows up in two places: cooling load and panel temperature. High demand in the middle of a heatwave is the best case for solar, provided the system is designed for the heat. Panel orientation, inverter placement out of direct afternoon sun and honest allowance for temperature derating all affect what the system produces in February.

Roof stock varies more here than anywhere else in Sydney. Established suburbs around Blacktown and Penrith carry a mix of tile and metal roofs with older switchboards, while the newer estates through Marsden Park, Box Hill and Rouse Hill are compact two-storey builds with complex roof planes and limited unshaded area. Both are workable. They just need different mounting and different sizing, and we assess the roof before quoting rather than after.

How quoting and installation work

Every quote starts with your last few bills and a look at the roof, either in person or from imagery where the roof is simple. From there you get a written design: panel layout, inverter, expected generation, and what the system does and does not cover. What changes the price is roof type and pitch, storey height, switchboard condition, three-phase versus single-phase supply, cable runs, and whether a battery or EV charger is included. Federal and NSW incentives move, so we apply what you are eligible for at the time of quoting and point you to the official source rather than publishing a figure that dates.

Installation is usually one day for a standard residential system, longer where a battery or three-phase work is involved. We handle the network application and the paperwork, then walk you through the monitoring app before we leave.

Suburbs and areas we cover across Western Sydney

Western Sydney is our closest service area outside the Hawkesbury, and our crews are through it most weeks. We install regularly in Blacktown, Penrith, Seven Hills, Marsden Park, Rouse Hill, Box Hill and Castle Hill, along with the Hills District and up into the Blue Mountains. Work further east is handled from the same base and covered on our Sydney solar service area.

Common questions about solar installation in Western Sydney

There is no single figure, because price follows the system and the site. Roof type and pitch, storey height, switchboard condition, single or three-phase supply, and whether a battery or EV charger is included all move it. Clean Earth Solar quotes in writing after reviewing your bills and your roof, with the incentives you qualify for applied at the time.

Most Western Sydney roofs are, including tile, Colorbond and two-storey builds with multiple roof planes. What matters is unshaded area, orientation and the condition of the roof itself. We assess all three before quoting, and will tell you if the roof needs attention first.
It depends on when your household uses power. If most consumption happens after sunset, a battery usually earns its place sooner. If it does not, a hybrid inverter lets you add storage later without replacing the system, and we model both options against your own usage.
Yes. We take on maintenance, fault finding and repairs on systems we did not install, including inverter faults, monitoring problems and underperformance after storms.
A standard residential system is normally installed in one day. Batteries, switchboard upgrades and three-phase work can extend that. We manage the network application and connection paperwork as part of the job.
We cover Blacktown, Penrith, Seven Hills, Marsden Park, Rouse Hill, Box Hill, Castle Hill and the surrounding suburbs, plus the Hills District and the Blue Mountains. If you are not sure whether your address is in range, call and ask.
